Selling a car privately takes time, especially when it is no longer running or you simply want it off the property. If you have an unwanted complete car in Melbourne, send WE TOW ANYTHING its details for an assessment and an offer. You can review the amount, payment method and pickup arrangement before deciding whether to sell.
There is no commitment simply because you ask for an offer. We will check the vehicle details and confirm whether the car is eligible for this service before arranging collection.
Complete car taking up space? Share the vehicle and pickup details, including anything that may affect its condition or access.
This form is intended for a vehicle whose main components are still with it. A complete car may still be old, damaged or unable to start. Tell us if parts are missing, whether the car has keys, and whether it rolls and steers. We will confirm eligibility from the real vehicle details; a form submission does not mean every car will receive an offer.
If you have a stripped shell, loose parts or a vehicle with major components removed, describe that accurately when you call. It may need a different assessment. Please do not use the complete-car form with an incorrect model, condition or registration just to receive a faster estimate.
The year, make, model, kilometres, condition, completeness and pickup location can all affect an offer. A vehicle that starts and drives is different from one that needs careful loading; visible accident damage, missing keys or restricted access can also change the collection plan. Share clear photos if requested so the team can assess the car more accurately.
The “expected price” field records what you hope to receive. It is not an automatic valuation or a promise to pay that amount. We will tell you the offer and explain whether collection is included before asking you to agree. If the confirmed offer includes buyer-paid towing, there is no separate tow charge for that agreed pickup. Check the final amount and any deduction in the written terms.
Include the year, make, model, registration if it has one, condition and pickup suburb. Tell us whether the car starts, rolls and has keys.
Confirm the amount, how payment will be made, whether the buyer covers collection and when a pickup slot is available. Ask about any condition that could change the offer.
Remove personal belongings, toll tags and anything else you want to keep. Have the keys if available, your photo ID and documents showing your right to sell the car. Tell us about outstanding finance or another person’s interest in the vehicle before proceeding.
Check that the agreed payment has been received before signing a document that transfers ownership. Keep a record of the transaction and complete the relevant VicRoads steps for a registered Victorian vehicle.
Consumer Affairs Victoria advises sellers not to sign ownership-transfer paperwork before receiving payment. VicRoads explains the notice of disposal and transfer process for a vehicle registered in Victoria; a seller generally needs to notify VicRoads within 14 days. Check the steps that apply to your vehicle rather than assuming towing it away automatically changes its registration.
WE TOW ANYTHING operates across Greater Melbourne and regional Victoria. Whether you’re on the M1 in the CBD, the Monash Freeway near Dandenong, or a construction site in Pakenham, we’ll reach you.

Great and quick seevice
Tell us whether the car is at your home, a workplace or another place where you have permission to arrange collection. We take enquiries across Melbourne, including areas such as Southbank, Footscray, Box Hill, Dandenong and Werribee. The exact address and access determine whether the truck can collect it and when. If the vehicle is in a paid yard or workshop, check release permission and outstanding charges with that location first.
You can enquire if it is complete. Tell us whether it has keys and can roll and steer. We will assess the offer and collection method from those details.
Describe the damage and send photos if requested. Eligibility and price depend on the vehicle’s actual condition; damage does not automatically tell us what an offer will be.
Include “not registered” in the enquiry and explain its condition. The sale and collection paperwork can differ, so confirm the requirements for your car before handover.
The confirmed offer should state whether pickup is paid by the buyer and whether any amount is deducted. Review that figure before agreeing. Do not rely on a generic “free towing” label without the full offer.
The field is your expected price. We will review the vehicle details and provide the amount we can offer. You can accept or decline it.
We need an agreed handover, access and the sale documents completed by someone entitled to sell the vehicle. Discuss another authorised arrangement before scheduling if you cannot attend.
Tell us before accepting an offer. Any amount owing or security interest needs to be addressed in the sale arrangement; do not represent the vehicle as free of finance if it is not.
The answer depends on the car’s registration status and the type of buyer. Check VicRoads’ selling guidance and confirm the paperwork required for your transaction before handover.
Give us the suburb, car condition and your preferred time. We will confirm an available collection slot after the offer and access details have been agreed.
Send the form with accurate vehicle details or call 0447 119 564. If you want to keep the car and simply move it, use our car towing service instead.
